The Sales Manager is tasked with developing a strategic growth plan in collaboration with the Director of Business Development. They are responsible for managing the Sales personnel and training and supporting them to ensure their success. These positions work very closely with internal operations to insure the highest quality of service provided to each client. They participate in weekly meetings to ensure the Sales personnel are meeting quota and maintaining their existing portfolio of business. The Sales Manager is responsible in ensuring that the Sales personnel are identifying appropriate and profitable prospective clients.
