The Human Resources Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for qualified potential applicants to fill open positions within the Company. This position will provide expertise and support to all hiring managers and department directors in facilitating searches, interviews, and new hire processing; as well as represent the Company publicly to prospective employees and employment staffing resources. The HR Recruiter will proactively recruiting by making outbound recruiting calls and seeking out networking/recruiting opportunities, in addition to receiving inbound recruiting calls and attending assigned networking/recruiting events, which may include public speaking or presentations to large groups. The HR Recruiter may also be responsible for providing HR Generalist back-up support as needed to several critical functions on the Human Resources Team on an as-needed basis.
